Hi Everyone,
I am sitting here at the Executive Leadership Conference in Williamsburg, VA, with Paul Adler, US Business Development Manager for the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade), an Australian government organization. We are engaging in a quick live tour of GovLoop.
Paul facilitates collaboration and conversations between the US and Australian governments on a range of issues. His primary goal is to connect our two governments in order to help both government and industry achieve successful working relationships. For instance, this coming Thursday evening, Paul is leading a delegation of Australian elearning organizations who will be meeting with interested US government agencies to gain insight and share lessons learned about best practices down under. He has led similar delegations related to energy, emergency management, infrastructure, green building, health IT, intelligent transportation and much more.
If you would like to learn more, you can reach him here on GovLoop as we just signed him up live at the conference!
By the way, you may also want check out the Government 2.0 Australia group here on GovLoop and be sure to take a look at OzLoop – the Australian version of GovLoop created by Steve Davies.
Very cool. Love to see the cross-country collaboration.
Hi Andrew
This is really great. Given the experience you guys have collaboration makes so much sense. Thanks for drawing attention to OZloop.
You may also like to take a look at my submission to our Governments Reform Group. It is also with the Gov 2.0 Taskforce.

Hi Paul,
Welcome to Govloop.
Keep in mind that you don’t need to go to the US to access the expertise of the Australians participating and collaborating with other countries in environments like Govloop.
Cheers,
Craig
