I’ve seen some interesting dicussion in LinkedIn’s Gov 2.0 group (http://www.linkedin.com/groups?about=&gid=91073). Hill AFB has posted a search engine that will search the Federal Acquisition Regulations, DoD FAR Supplement, and a number of other agency supplements as well.
