We must build an inclusive workforce, all-encompassing and complete, for employees with disabilities.
There are so many questions and not enough answers. Change is difficult (even if it is a good change) and is hard to accept especially when there is much that is uncertain.
Being socially connected with others is considered a fundamental human need. With less physical social connections and isolation health risk may increase. But there are ways to combat isolation and loneliness to those who are at the most risk.
