Interesting – Any general key differentiators between the sites you liked or didn’t like?
ummm yeay mostly it starts with useabilitity and being accessible the ones that I like have a unique view of how people will use their site. The one I like see the internet as a utility that their citizens need. The ones that I do not like do not seem to have a veiw of their site as something that is a utility to the public they see the internet as something “extra” that can be the first thing to be ignored when times get hard.
