Creately – In addition to the desktop app, this online diagramming tool is also available as a plugin for Jira, Confluence, or Fogbudz. Create flowcharts, wireframes, mind maps, and more.
Lucidchart – This is easily one of the most popular drag-and-drop online tools for charts. It integrates with Google Drive and costs $3.33 per month and up.
Google Chart Tools – Create interactive charts and data tools using this powerful and free tool, including the ability to make attractive org chart visualizations.
Cacoo – Offering Google+ Hangouts integration, Cacoo can be used to make sitemaps, wireframes, UML, and network charts. The basic plan starts at $49 a year, but you can try the free plan first.
Gliffy Online – This web app for flowcharts comes with an extensive shape library. The free plan includes up to five diagrams and 2MB of storage. Upgrades start at $4.95 per user per month.
