New Orleans is a great town for a conference. It’s easy to fall in love with it: the food, the music, the architecture, the history, the people.
You can take a cooking class and learn how to make jambalaya at Crescent City Cooks.
Or just enjoy the view.
Over at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, the mood gets set right away.
The need for coffee is a high priority. Part of this may have to do with the size of the Converntion Center. It goes on and on.
I’m looking forward to the ALA Exhibits Opening Reception. The ALA exhibit hall is legend!
For everyone already in New Orleans and arrived throughout ALA 2011, have an outstanding conference. For those of you who can’t make it, I’ll be blogging the conference here on the Government Info Pro. Follow my conference tweets @libraryfocus. The Twitter tag for the conference is: #ala11.
