I thought these would be in the public domain, but there seems to be some secrecy around. Anybody has a link or can share some insights as to why it is so difficult to get hold of a copy?
Thanks a lot

Yesterday I Posted in the Government 2.0 Club group
“From another news group…
You may have read about GSA agreements with YouTube, Flickr, and Blip.tv and wanted to know what they contained.
…
Tobi stated that at the request of the providers this information can not be shared with the public.
…”
Thanks Henry. But then, isn’t it ironic that these agreements should be in support of “open government”? I’m tempted to blog about this…
I’ve been trying to get these agreements for some time now. When I asked for a copy, Tobi Edler at GSA informed me that,”the actual agreements will not be made public at the request of the providers.” I disagree with this and have put in a FOIA request for the documents. I completely agree with your thoughts on this issue Andrea and I very much think you should blog about it 🙂
