Organizational Change Management Consultant
-Experience with analysis or inductive reasoning or process documentation or development
-Experience in a team environment
-Experience with strategy development or strategic planning, project leadership, organizational restructuring and transformation, operations or IT, or finance or business operations
-TS/SCI Full scope Poly clearance required
-BA or BS degree required

Organizational Change Management Consultant
-Intelligence Community Experience
-Experience with analysis, inductive reasoning, or process documentation or development
-Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills (experience with linked, multi-tab spreadsheets with large data sets)
-Ability to perform statistical analysis
-Experience with working in a team environment
-Ability to travel up to 25% of the time required
-TS/SCI or “Q” clearance required
-BA or BS degree required

Performance Management Consultant
-At lease 2-years of experience with DoD or consulting required
-Experience with analysis, inductive reasoning, or process documentation or development
-Experience with working in a team environment
-Ability to travel up to 25% of the time required
-TS/SCI clearance required
-Bachelor’s degree required

Organizational Strategy Healthcare Consultant
-2+ years consulting experience working with Military Health Systems
-Bachelors degree required
-Proven verbal, written and presentation skills
-Proficient MS office applications (e.g., word, PowerPoint and excel)
-Desire to work in healthcare and OS market
-Business Process reengineering, Organizational Transformation, or Change Management Knowledge
