A study conducted by the Association of Women Voters of America {AWVA} in 2012 revealed there are several characteristics female voters find attractive in male candidates running for local public offices {i.e. County Boards, City Councils, School Boards, Township Offices, Village Boards, Parishes and Boroughs etc.}.
The characteristics that seem to attract to women voters to local candidates differ slightly based on three factors:
1)The age of the woman
2)The marital status of the woman, and
3) The income level of the woman
It should come as no surprise that the WVA’s year long research concluded that:
1) Younger and single female voters with minimal financial responsibilities tend to be attracted to male candidates who are tall, broad shouldered and possess rugged facial features.
2) More mature female voters and especially those who are a single head of household, recently divorced or nearing retirement age are generally attracted to male candidates who are tied to a post, have duct tape over their mouth, a spear embedded deeply in their chest and struggling feverishly to get free as the fire is be ignited.
