Due to continued growth, we are looking to add this senior consultant to our Master’s Designated Collaboration/Unified Communications Teams. The successful candidate will be a technical contributor within Presidio Networked Solutions technical services/engineering group that will require cross-functional support with pre-sales, consulting/professional services delivery and post-sales.

The successful candidate will plan, design, implement and manage Cisco-based IP telephony networks and Cisco routers, switches, gateways and have enthusiasm for developing expertise in security solutions, wireless solutions and network-management solutions. The Cisco Unified Communications Engineer must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be client-focused, service driven and able to multitask. This is a position that requires cross-functional duties with pre-sales engineering support, consulting/professional services delivery and post-installation technical support. The Cisco Unified Communications Engineer will provide technical post-sales architecture assistance for prospects and clients.

Candidate must be a Cisco Certified Professional with experience with Cisco’s Unified Communications and Collaboration Technologies, including:

• CCNP and/or CCVP
• CCIE is a plus
• Proven experience with Cisco Unified Communications
• TDM/PBX
• Call Manager
• Unity
• IPCC Express
• Cisco/Tandberg VTC solutions
• H.323 (IP) and H.320 (ISDN) video enterprise networks
• SIP Integration
• Internetworking with Presence Solutions, such as Cisco and OCS/Lync
