I do regular commentary about leadership in a series of articles on my website http://www.redroom.com/author/charles-a-ray and on Helium, a site for free lance writers.
I would particularly like to recommend my articles on
Integrity and leadership, http://www.helium.com/items/1362233-the-importance -of-integrity-to-leadership
and
Making effective decisions, http://www.helium.com/items/1322045-making-effective-decisions
After posting my previous comment, I turned to read a book recommended to me by a good friend: “The Cat from Hue” (accent on the e) by John Laurence. Laurence begins his book with a quote from Aeschylus’ Agamemnon, which strikes me as quite relevant to your article:
“There is no need to sound my reputation.
I have a sense of right and wrong, what’s more —
heaven’s proudest gift. Call no man blessed
until he ends his life in peace, fulfilled.
If I can live by what I say, I have no fear.”
Wow! That is a truly profound statement. Thanks for sharing it.
