Arapahoe County Government, located in beautiful Littleton, Colorado is currently seeking a Director – Office of Strategic Performance Management.
Serves as the Director of Strategic Performance Management Programs. Reports to the Board of County Commissioners. Accountable for assisting the Board in identifying strategies, priorities and objectives along with their execution/implementation. Provides leadership, guidance, and support to all County Departments and Elected Offices with regards to performance management, including building and maintaining an integrated performance system, developing key meaningful metrics, and supporting our strategic Planning Model. Routinely meets with Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Communication Services to ensure continual support of all remaining Departments and/or Offices. Responsible for building and maintaining an Integrated Performance System including continuing to build on Arapahoe County’s “Align Arapahoe” Model. This position will also be responsible for creating this new “office” There is also an expectation that this position must also take initiative including identifying issues and taking action. Finally, it is expected to advise the Executive Budget Committee concerning performance budgeting.
