Examining Conflicts in Employment Laws (EXCEL) is the premier Federal training event for EEO managers, supervisors, practitioners, HR professionals, attorneys and ADR specialists. EXCEL features top-level officials from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), other federal agencies and nationally known EEO professionals. EXCEL is sponsored by EEOC, the agency responsible for enforcement of EEO laws in the Federal and private sectors.
The 15th Annual EXCEL has as its theme “Knowledge is Power,” and will offer plenary sessions, more than 40 different workshops and specialty training tracks: Hearings Preparation, Beginning Mediation and Negotiation Skills, Advanced Mediation and Negotiation Skills, and MD 715 Barrier Analysis Track. New to EXCEL 2012 is the “Investigator and Counselor Refresher” course, which is being offered as a pre-event workshop on July 30, 2012.
