The 15th Annual Examining Conflicts in Employment Laws (EXCEL) Conference is the
premier Federal training conference for EEO managers, supervisors, practitioners, HR
professionals, attorneys and ADR specialists. The conference is sponsored by the U.S. Equal
Employment Opportunity Commission. This year’s Conference is being held at the Sheraton
Dallas Hotel from July 31, 2012 to August 2, 2012.

New this year is a pre-conference session for EEO Counselors and Investigators. The pre conference session will take place on Monday, July 30, 2012 from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 pm. Registration for the pre-conference will begin Sunday, July 29, 2012, at 4:00 P.M.
