We survey the job seekers who attend Cleared Job Fairs in an effort to continually improve customer service and the experience and results for both cleared facilities employers and security cleared job seekers. Ninety-eight percent of cleared job seekers who attended a spring 2013 Cleared Job Fair recommend other security cleared job seekers attend.

Resume Reviews

All Cleared Job Fairs feature one-on-one professional resume reviews. These five-minute sessions allow cleared job seekers to get feedback and tips on ways they can improve their resumes and increase their chances for a successful job search.

September 5 Cleared Job Fair Employers

Our scheduled cleared facilities employers for the September 5 Cleared Job Fair at the Waterford in Springfield include Agilex, Altamira, CGI, Engility, General Dynamics–IT, Geneva Software, HP, ICES, KEYW, KPMG, Lockheed Martin, MetroStar Systems, Mission Essential Personnel, Preferred Systems Solutions, SAIC, Summit Technologies, TASC and more.

An active or current security clearance is required to attend. Walk-ins are welcome with a hard-copy resume. Online pre-registration is encouraged.

Best Recruiter Event

As part of each Cleared Job Fair we survey job seekers to find out which recruiters provide the best recruiting experience. We recognize the recruiters from the three companies receiving the most votes as “Best Recruiters.”

All Best Recruiter winners and their managers are then celebrated at the annual Best Recruiter breakfast, held the morning of the November 21 Cleared Job Fair. This year’s keynote speaker will be Jenny DeVaughn, Senior Director, Employment Branding and Social Media at Randstad Sourceright. DeVaughn is an industry expert on using social media tools to build both the recruiter’s personal brand as well as the employer brand.

General Dynamics-IT Invitational

In conjunction with Cleared Job Fairs held in Virginia, General Dynamics-IT conducts an on-site invitational for cleared job seekers. For the invitational, General Dynamics-IT hiring managers interview job seekers and make on-the-spot job offers.
