I just uploaded the FDS-SMV sites screencast to my drop.io site, http://tinyurl.com/fds-web1 the download button provides a high resolution .mov file (~70MB). You can also watch the streaming version, but it is a little too small and too low of resolution, so it is a bit difficult to clearly see what is happening.
The YouTube version is a little better for streaming, if you use the high definition format code at the end of the URL.
