Join 200 Federal managers on April 15-18, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay, a short 90 minute ride from Washington, and share your insights and successes!

SCOPE

Presentation suggestions and speakers for keynotes or panels are invited from all areas of Federal Agency Management activities with a focus on best practices and individual leaders in the following areas:

• Budget and Finance
• Acquisition Innovation and Management
• Contracting and Collaboration
• Information Technology
• Human Capital Management
• Internet
• Cyber Security
• Social Media, Best Practices, Legal Issues, Innovation
• Accountability
• Government/Private Sector Partnerships

PURPOSE

These presentations are intended to highlight some of the most relevant and significant areas in the Federal Government where current Management Tactics and Strategies are advancing an improved and economical service to the public and to the business of Government. The goal is to provide a means where such productive practices may be shared across all Federal Agencies during the dialogue and plenary sessions at the FedSMC, April 15-18, 2012.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. The accepted papers will play a major role in defining the Dialogue and Plenary sessions to be offered at the FedSMC, April 15 – 18, 2012.
