Sleeping well is so important to being a good manager. You need the energy, and you have to prevent yourself from becoming irritable. You’ll also likely find, as I have, your high performing employees struggling with sleeping consistently well. On October 8th I’ll have a full post on this, but in the meantime enjoy this article on eliminating jet lag. Anecdotal evidence tells me that it does work.
Remember — good sleep is essential for happiness and productivity.
