Not sure if anyone has seen this site yet but I just found a web community based around 2D or 3D digital design within the public sector. Its called [acronym] Online – www.acronymonline.org and has a ton of chat forums, news articles and even a magazine. If you’re interested check it out. Pretty cool stuff happening within public sector as of late in this web 2.0 world we live in. Enjoy.
