Visualize a sea of red, white and blue where thousands of American flags stand tall in perfect rows and columns. As a strong statement of unity, Healing Field.org provides an awe-inspiring experience to all those who attend. The Healing Field and Hugs for Healing signify a celebration of service, comfort, cohesiveness, and sacrifice.

The Healing Field Foundation program is sweeping the nation and the world with flag displays that raise awareness, community spirit, funds for charity and unity in the host communities. Leaders with the F.U.T.U.R.E Foundation want o bring this amazing community event to their host event cities this year.

The field of flags is currently planned for the communities of Greenville South Carolina, Tallahassee Florida and Salt Lake City Utah in October of this year. Thousands of flags will be set up by volunteers in the host cities for the week long celebration and Americanism tribute to the undying spirit of those who choose to serve their communities and families at the best and worse of times.

FUTURE (Families United Toward Universal Respect) along with our outreach programs such as: “Women for Future – Iraq,” have created Hugs for Healing and our brand of Healing Field. This will be taking place during the Sharing the World Sisterhood III – Leadership Conference fall of 2009; these events bring American, Iraqi and the global community of women together providing a safe healing environment that is a comfort to mothers, wives, sisters, and daughters that have suffered the loss of a loved one. Hugs for Healing, created around FUTURE symposiums, such as Sharing the World Sisterhood and the Healing Field event can benefit from your gift offerings.

Proceeds raised through flag sales and sponsorships will continue to benefit the programs of F.U.T.U.R.E Foundation, Wounded Warriors & TAPS.
Support our event and take home a beautiful 3 ft x 5 ft US flag as our thanks – if you cannot attend these will be mailed to you!

Sponsors will be listed on the FUTURE Website and in public relations materials in the upcoming year.

The Healing Fields remembers troops from the United States and Iraq as well as their families who sacrificed in support of Iraqi Freedom. Our Healing Field is truly remarkable as it includes Iraqi flags for fallen heroes who fought to aid their homeland (Iraq) toward liberation. No matter what side of the coin we are on in the politics of the hour – this “healing” field is truly a “healing” enterprise.
