Microsoft Hosts an EduTech Family Summit in Boston on January 26

I wanted to let Publicyte readers know that Microsoft’s YouthSpark program is hosting a series of EduTech Family Summits across the country in 2013. The next one will be in Boston, MA on Sat., January 26th, 2013.

Beginning at 7:30am at the UMASS-Boston campus (just off the red line on the T), educators, parents, and students can gather and learn about the latest technologies and trends related to inspiring and engaging youth learning.

Attendees will also hear from keynote speaker and champion boxer Victor Ortiz, who will speak about the theme of how to achieve in life.

EDUCATOR TRACK In our tailored Educator Track, you will explore the newest tools, trends and technology strategies to inspire and engage students

GETTING THERE PARKING
Parking is available in the South Lot.

BY BUS
The campus is accessible by Route 8 and Route 16.

SUBWAY
Take the MBTA’s Red Line to the JFK/UMass subway station and then hop on one of the free shuttle buses. Buses run every 20 minutes and will drop you off right in front of the Campus Center.
