Open Declaration on Public Services 2.0

Hi Everyone

European Governments are meeting on 19 November to formulate an EU Ministerial Declaration on eGovernment policy for the next 3 years.

A bottom up open declaration has also been prepared by some Gov 2.0 enthusiasts and is on the official programme of the Ministerial Conference.

Here is the Open Declaration

Look at the declaration I can’t see why it could not be used in many countries.
