Clapper Jr., Director of National Intelligence; Gen. Douglas Fraser, U.S. Air Force, commander, U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM); Gen. C. Robert “Bob” Kehler, U.S. Air Force, commander, U.S. Strategic Command (STRATCOM); Letitia A. Long, director, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA); and Adm.
