Senior VTC Engineer – Washington, DC

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Senior VTC Network Engineer to support a large client engagement onsite in Washington, DC (near Union Station metro).

This position will play a key role in the deployment and ongoing support of a large VTC project.

The candidate should be comfortable with the following:

• TMS Management software and provisioning
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills – will interact with clients in the field
• Tandberg / Codian / 8510 MCU experience
• VCS Control experience
• SIP Protocol
• Familiar with QoS and how it relates to VTC.
• At a minimum an understanding of IP routing and switch / router configurations
• Must be a strong team player with an exceptional customer service mentality
