52 drive by shootings. Its a bad sign, plus it makes them look like cowards.
Its bad enough they can not shoot. I say that because of the reports of two gang members unloading their guns at less than 40′ and the only people they hit are innocent bystandars. The scouts do a better job at fire arm safety. Plus the kids are taught – “Hear gun fire? Run away – not toward the sound and tell an adult”
