Over the past few months, I’ve traveled the country on the “municibid Across America Tour” to attend various municipal association conferences. I had the great pleasure of speaking with thousands of local government agencies.
One common theme in these conversations was the need for a greater investment in technology. You, the directors and managers of local government are trying to utilize technology to reduce costs and increase efficiency. One hurdle to this is the initial investment. We want to help with that!
While municibid does an incredible job of bring in significantly more money for surplus and forfeitures, which means higher non-tax revenue, we wanted to go a step further. I thought “what if we can give a boost to at least one government agency, with no strings, conditions, cost or obligation?”
