I have been using this site: http://wthashtag.com/
It appears to be a wiki based site with pages for each hashtag. If the one you are looking for has not yet been set up, the site allows you to set up the page. Once you put in the hashtag, the site allows you to copy the transcript and it gives you the stats in the format you see above.

I haven’t really found any other site yet that does this as well as wthashtag does but there might be more out there.

Sorry I didn’t reply sooner but I have just started a new job that involves a lengthy commute until I can relocate. This unfortunately has left me little time for my online pursuits. 🙂
