The End (of the Pay Freeze) is Near

The magic date is March 27, 2013 … No kidding?

According to the 12/27/12 executive order, OPM is instructed to adjust the General Schedule base rate by one-half of 1%. In addition, depending on where you work, locality rates will increase between 14.16% (for the Rest of US) to 27.16% (for the L.A. area).
