If the 21st century (so far) had to be categorized by a word it would have to be “innovation”. It is a word that brings to mind the great advancements in technology, human to human interactions, human to computer interaction and more. The way life is lived from day to day has changed, so of course the way government agencies run must change as well.
In this interview, Pamela Wright talks about her role as the first Chief Innovation Officer at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). She also discusses what steps the agency (and its sub agencies) are doing to bolster citizen engagement and to improve NARA as a whole.
