As I look to what content should be in my new redesign I thought it would help to understand what the common Vocab would be. I surveyed 230 municipal websites Looking to see the common factors among them. Some items where combined together like Contact and contact us because they were so close as to not have any real differences. But I did keep separate things like index, services, directory for there mild differences.
So the number next to the word is the amount of occurrence then comes the percentages

Interesting this subject that you mention.
In my opinion two things they are fundamental in site of Municipal Government:
1. The Transparency of this Government’s information for the population in general;
2. The Use of innovative Technologies that they allow the largest possible participation of the Society with the Power.
As the Subject of Design, although fundamental, become implemented above in the prominence of the items mentioned. The user that doesn’t agree with the design always existed it is which goes, we can never please all. We tried to place the maximum of information of the Power the Society.
