A new year always brings about the opportunity to reflect — look back at the challenges and accomplishments of the past year — as well as make plans for what we’d like to see happen in the coming months.
Certainly, last year was a busy and tumultuous time in government, which AOL Government chronicled in our own Best of 2011 series. Many of those stories serve as springboards for what lies ahead. Who will be the great innovators? What new technology will be implemented? Will government become truly mobile? How might the federal workforce change? What services can citizens expect to see more or less of? What will be the key issues management and leadership face? Can more be done with less?
What would you like to see happen in government this year? What are your ideas? How will 2012 be different at your agency?
We want to hear from you!
