Which Govt Agencies are Using Transparent Gov 2.0 to Reply to Citizen Complaints?

Dear GovLoop Community,

I saw a great presentation somewhere about a local government using a transparent website to log, route, and show the status of responses to citizen complaint/queries.

Unfortunately, I’ve been searching for that example and can’t seem to find it.

Can anybody help?
