Mark has been editor of the WW since acquiring it with his business partner in 1982. WW holds the distinction of being the first weekly newspaper to win a Pulitzer Prize for investigative reporting for Nigel Jaquiss’ 2004 story on former Oregon governor, Neil Goldschmidt. WW annually sponsors MusicFestNW, now the third largest indoor music festival in the US, and publishes the Give!Guide which, in 2012, raised almost $1.6 million for 100 local nonprofits and two statewide organizations.
Lunch: Sack lunches will be available from Lake Oswego’s own Gourmet Productions for $11. Each lunch includes a sandwich, chips, cookie, and a soda; sandwich options include:
- apricot-almond chicken salad sandwich
- rosemary ham sandwich
- roast turkey sandwich
- chipotle mayo, roasted red pepper, avocado, green leaf lettuce and cheese sandwich
