Back in October, GovLoop + GovDelivery teamed up with Dreams for Kids. Meeting the volunteers and members of this organization proved to us one thing: THEY ROCK. They are ceaselessly energetic, giving, and entertaining. What we didn’t know at the time, is that they also know how to pull-off amazing parties.
So with that, I’d like to give a big shout-out to our friends at Dreams for Kids and a big congrats on their hugely successful Holiday for Hope over the weekend.
In addition to the party being flat-out awesome (face-painting, singing, dance-party, cookie-making stations), the event brought gifts to >600 underprivileged and homeless kids in DC. There was a massive wrapping party over the weekend to prepare:
