Get ready to walk, run, bike, swim, and roll through the 3rd annual “Feds In Motion Challenge,” supporting federal civilian employees in need.
Starting May 1, the Federal Employee Education & Assistance (FEEA) Fund, an independent, nonprofit 501c3 organization, will launch their virtual exercise fundraiser, where participants can log 37 miles of exercise in 37 days, in celebration of 37 years of “Feds Helping Feds” at FEEA.
FEEA is dedicated to raising money and providing emergency financial assistance and scholarships to dedicated civilian federal and postal public servants and their families. One of the ways that the organization raises funds successfully is through the “Feds In Motion Challenge,” with all proceeds from participant entry fees going to the programs and scholarships.
Last year’s event brought in 1,425 participants across the U.S. and around the world, and the hope is to top that in 2023, with a goal of 1,600. Each person who participates in the challenge with receive t-shirts, participation medals, digital bibs, along with the knowledge that you’ve donated to families in need.
