- Hands–on training for federally approved social media tools
- Brown–bag networking lunch to meet your colleagues
- Peer–led discussion groups

- Use the MAX Wiki for collaboration among the Social Media Community of Practice
- Add your agency data to the Social Media Registry
- Work with and discuss the available federally approved social media tools, challenges and best practices
