Teams that are self-organizing, incrementing, and delivering on short feedback loops

Get results quicker – take big deliverables and break them down.

Fail fast, fail often – if delivering in 2-3 weeks, if fail much smaller deal

Best measure of progress is getting stuff done

Shared understanding – customer defines backlog, highest priority is done first

Lot of things thought you needed, don’t need

Build in continuous improvement and learning – rather than wait to next project to take lessons learned, put in lessons learned along the way
