As a social media fanatic who is always in front of my computer, I can’t help but feel anxious while on a plane at the thought of all that I am missing out on GovLoop, Twitter, and Facebook during those 2-4 hours of my life that I am disconnected at an altitude of 35,000 ft.
Well Happy Holidays to all of us because Google is playing Santa this year! According to CNN Money, the company is providing free inflight wifi from November 20, 2010, to January 2, 2011. The wifi service will be featured on Airtran, Delta, and Virgin America.
I don’t know about you, but I know i’ll be taking at least six flights during this time frame, and will be thrilled to be able to do some Govloopin’ in the clouds!
