Finding a name for one’s restlessness, impulsivity, and distractibility can be such a relief. But, the realization can also cause new stresses.
The best teams are comprised of individuals who have a broad range of strengths, but despite their different approaches, share a commitment to a common end goal. These teams are able to remain flexible, and individual members work deliberately to develop strong bonds with one another.
How can your differences with your colleagues help you foster stronger relationships?
Just remember, a brain is a terrible thing to waste, particularly when it comes to embracing differences.
