Innovation and conflict go hand-in-hand. But if we turn to conflict resolution models to help us innovate, we might find they need a bit of innovating, themselves. A good example is the idea of conflict modes, or conflict style.
You can’t determine conflict outcomes by following any process. But you can own your behavior to give yourself options – and increase the chances of making conflict constructive.
