Carol Henton is the Vice President for State and Local government at TechAmerica. She told Chris Dorobek on the DorobekINSDER program the tops trends for 2012.

- Mobile Devices — “mobile is evolving so fast it’s hard for CIOs to keep up. There is also lots of coordination issues,” said Henton.
